You could also buy a P226 RX model. The only Sig P226 with an RX cut still in production is the Legion. Sig doesn't care too much about legacy guns going forward.

Sorry for the beginner question. I'm very new to handguns and want to buy an optic for my Sig P226 legion. I have the default slide that it came with, not the procut slide. Would I be able to attach the Acro P2 to a P226 Legion? I did some searching and I think you have to buy aftermarket plates to use it.

The 320 X-Five is not your run of the mill (pardon the pun) slide. It is an "optic ready" competition slide. Unless there is a way to enlarge/reshape the already milled area and add the appropriate screw holes without sacrificing strength, it will not be possible (just my opinion).
